Our office is located in east London. The address, relevant telephone numbers and names of the manager and care workers at the office are made available to all service users on our first visit. We are open from 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday except Bank holidays.

Our 24 hours mobile telephone numbers, out of office hours contact person and telephone numbers are made available to all service users on our first visit. We try to deal with all calls within an hour, if directed to our duty officer. We have dedicated staff on call from 5pm to 9am Monday to Friday, all weekends and Bank Holidays.
